Benefit from Google Sheets' collaborative data analysis & other powerful capabilities. ## Step-by-step walkthrough: How to connect Pipedrive to Google Sheets. Select `Add-ons` and choose `Get Add-ons`. This action will redirect you to the Google Workspace Marketplace.

In the Google Workspace Marketplace pop-up window, search for "Superjoin". Click on `Extensions` from the Google Sheets menu. **Note:** For the best experience, install Superjoin where there's only a single account is logged in the Chrome profile.

Once installed, navigate back to the `Extensions` menu tab in Google Sheets. Launch Superjoin from here. You should now see Superjoin running as a side panel on the right side of your screen.

Select Pipedrive from the list of available data sources.

Connect your Pipedrive account. Go through all the directions and prompts to connect your Pipedrive account to Google Sheets.

Now select the objects from the list you want to import from.

Select the filters that you want to apply in order to filter down the data that you want to work on.

Select the items that you want to sort.

Now simply Enter the Limit of rows you want to write on Google Sheet.

Now simply click on the "import" button to bring this selected data into your Google Sheets. Superjoin lets you refresh your imported data instantly with one click or set it to auto-refresh on a pre-set schedule. This way, you won't need to manually update your Pipedrive data in Google Sheets to reflect changes from the source.

Benefit from Microsoft Excel's powerful data analysis & visualization capabilities. ## Step-by-step walkthrough: How to connect Pipedrive to Microsoft Excel Click on `Add-ins` on the right side of the Excel toolbar.

Click on the searchbar and type "Superjoin". The results would show our add-in under the `More search results` section.

Once Superjoin launches as a side panel, just click on `Sign in with Microsoft` and follow the steps to authenticate your Microsoft Office account with Superjoin.

You should now see Superjoin running as a side panel on the right side of your screen.

To begin, you can navigate to `Queries`, choose to `Create new query`. Navigate to Queries

Navigate to `Sources`, select `Connect to a new source` and search for `Pipedrive`. Connect a New Source

Click on the `Connect` button and follow the on-screen instructions to link your Pipedrive account. Link Account

After connecting your account, you'll be prompted to select the objects from the list you want to import data from. Select Object

Select the filters that you want to apply to narrow down the data you want to work with. Apply Filters

Select the items that you want to sort your data by. Sort Data

Enter the limit of rows you want to import into your Excel worksheet. Set Limit

Click on the "Import" button to bring your selected Pipedrive data into Microsoft Excel. Your data has been imported successfully! You can refresh your data at any time by clicking the refresh button in the Superjoin panel. Refresh Data
