How to update existing HubSpot data from your Spreadsheet
Step-by-step guide to update existing HubSpot data from Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Choose the Source
In the Superjoin side panel, click on Sources
, navigate through Your Sources
and click on the HubSpot source you want to export the data to.
Create new Export
A pop-up will come up at the bottom of the side panel. Click on Export to HubSpot
.
Fill Source Data
Choose the sheet with the data that you want to export to HubSpot and the row with the header cells of the sheet that you want to export.
Select Destination
Choose the HubSpot Object
you want to export data to, from the Object
dropdown and select Update
under the Action
dropdown.
Upsert
.Mapping the Data
Map the Google Sheets columns to the HubSpot properties to ensure accuracy.

Search for the HubSpot property you want to map your Google Sheet column to and click on it. Now repeat this for all the columns you want to map with the relevant HubSpot properties.
Once you’re done with the mapping, click on Save
and then click on Export
.
UPDATE
action. You can use the Click here to get Record IDs
feature or retrieve the IDs manually.Select rows or sheet to export
You can choose to export the entire sheet or only specific rows. If you want to export specific rows, further select the rows you want to export.
Export Data
Verify the number of rows and click on Update in HubSpot
button, this action exports the selected data from your Google Sheets into your HubSpot account.
