# How to associate any two records of different HubSpot objects from your Spreadsheet

> Step-by-step guide to associate any two records of different HubSpot objects from Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

        In the Superjoin side panel, click on `Sources`, navigate through `Your Sources` and click on the HubSpot source you want to export the data to.

        A pop-up will come up at the bottom of the side panel. Click on `Export to HubSpot`.

      <Step title="Fill Source Data">
        Choose the sheet with the data that you want to export to HubSpot and the row with the header cells of the sheet that you want to export.

        Select `Associate` under the `Action` dropdown. Choose both the Objects that you want to be associated

      <Step title="Mapping the Data">
        Map only the two Google Sheets columns which contain the Record IDs of each of the object's records to the HubSpot Record ID properties of the two objects to ensure accuracy.

          Choose the Record ID property of chosen object and repeat the same for the other object's record ID mapping as well.

        Once you're done with the mapping, click on `Save` and then click on `Export`.

        <Note>Record IDs are mandatory to perform the `ASSOCIATE` action. You can use the `Click here to get Record IDs` feature or retrieve the IDs manually.</Note>

      <Step title="Select rows or sheet to export">
        You can choose to export the entire sheet or only specific rows. If you want to export specific rows, further select the rows you want to export.

        Verify the number of rows and click on `Associate in HubSpot` button, this action exports the selected data from your Google Sheets into your HubSpot account.

        Now you'll see a card called `Automatic Exports`. Click on the `Create Schedule` button.
