> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.superjoin.ai/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # How to delete HubSpot data from your Spreadsheet > Step-by-step guide to delete HubSpot data from Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel In the Superjoin side panel, click on `Sources`, navigate through `Your Sources` and click on the HubSpot source you want to export the data to. Choose the Source

A pop-up will come up at the bottom of the side panel. Click on `Export to HubSpot`. Create new Export

Choose the sheet with the data that you want to export to HubSpot and the row with the header cells of the sheet that you want to export. Fill Source Data

Choose the HubSpot `Object` you want to export data to, from the `Object` dropdown and select `Delete` under the `Action` dropdown. Select Destination

Select the Google Sheets column that contains the Record IDs of the HubSpot data from the dropdown. Click on `Save` and then click on `Export`.

Record IDs are mandatory to perform the `DELETE` action. You can use the `Click here to get Record IDs` feature or retrieve the IDs manually. Head over to this page to get a detailed explanation on it. You can choose to export the entire sheet or only specific rows. If you want to export specific rows, further select the rows you want to export. Select rows or sheet to export

Verify the number of rows and click on `Update in HubSpot` button, this action exports the selected data from your Google Sheets into your HubSpot account. Export Data

This completes the process of using Superjoin to delete HubSpot data from Google Sheets.
Below are the steps to automate this process. Now you'll see a card called `Automatic Exports`. Click on the `Create Schedule` button. Export Data

Configure the frequency in which you want this export process to repeat. Export Data
