For instance, map the first name with first name, last name with last name, and email with email. Step 7: Once you’ve mapped all fields, click on save. Step 8: Click on Next. You’ll have two options: export the entire sheet or export specific rows. Choose to export the entire sheet. Step 9: Click on Next again. You’ll have the option to insert a specific number of rows. In this case, insert three rows. Step 10: After inserting the rows, your contacts will be successfully inserted into HubSpot. SuperJoy will write three result columns on the right side of your data, including a hyperlink of the record IDs, the export status, and a timestamp of the export attempt. Step 11: Check the contact inside HubSpot to confirm that it has been created successfully. And that’s it! You’ve successfully exported and inserted contacts from Google Sheets into HubSpot.
