To share a HubSpot query, you first need to save it. Once saved, you can share it with your teammates.

Open your HubSpot query

After creating a HubSpot import query, open it in the Sheet Configuration screen. Click the bookmark icon next to the query name.

Save your query

Enter a name and an optional description for the query, then click Save Query.

Share the query

Once the query is saved, click Share to share it with your teammates.
If you click No Thanks, you can still share the query later from your saved queries. See Share queries for details on inviting teammates and managing their access.
