Use the Superjoin 2-way sync feature to export data back to HubSpot.

Preview Data

After connecting your account, a data preview window will appear, allowing you to modify your Objects and apply various Filters to refine your data.

Close the data preview window

The source has been setup in the Google sheets. You can close the data preview window by pressing the x button at the top right corner of the preview. This ensures that the source is connected.

Update your data

You can update the data you imported from Hubspot using Superjoin with new data. You can export altogether new data to your Hubspot account.

Choose the Source

In the Superjoin side panel, click on Sources, navigate through Your Sources and click on the Hubspot source you want to export the data to.

Create new Export

A pop-up will come up at the bottom of the side panel. Click on Create new Export.

Fill Source Data

Choose the sheet with the data that you want to export to Hubspot and the row with the header cells of the sheet that you want to export.

Select Destination

Choose the HubSpot Object you want to export data to from the dropdown and the action you want to perform during the export, if you want to insert new data click on Insert and if you want to update existing data, click on Update.

Mapping the Data

Map the Google Sheets data fields to the Hubspot Data fields to ensure accuracy. Click on Save and the click on Export.

Select rows or sheet to export

You can choose to export specific rows or entire sheet. If you want to export specific rows, further select the rows you want to export.

Export Data

Verify the data and the rows the data will be transferred to. Click on Update, this action exports all data from your Google Sheets into Hubspot account.
