    Common Issues while launching Superjoin

    Refresh Your Google Sheet

    After installing Superjoin, please refresh the Google Sheet you’re working on.

    Check after a 15-second wait

    Pause for about 15 seconds, then navigate to the “Extensions” menu. “Superjoin” should be listed there.

    Verify the Google Account

    Ensure you’re logged into the Google account you used to install Superjoin. Sometimes, being logged into multiple accounts can cause visibility issues.

    This issue often arises with Google Workspace when users have multiple Google accounts. If Superjoin is installed on a non-default account, it may not launch properly.

    As a temporary solution, launch an incognito window in your browser and access Superjoin. This mode ensures no account conflicts for that session

    From the help menu on the top right section, select “Re-authorize with Google”.

    If you have already authenticated earlier, you will not see this in the Help menu.

    Authenticate Superjoin

    Continue with the sign in process. We will be taking couple of Google Account permissions in order to write to your Google Sheets without interruptions.
