Which browsers are compatible with Superjoin?

Superjoin requires Chrome or a Chromium-based browser (like Chrome or Edge). It does not work on Safari or Firefox.

Which Google account should I use to sign in?

What permissions do I need on my Google Sheet?

You must have editor (not view-only) access for Superjoin to work. View-only permissions will not allow Superjoin to function properly.

Can I switch between AI Assistant and Data Connectors?

Yes! You can swap between AI Assistant and Data Connectors at any time from within the sidebar, depending on what you want to accomplish.

#1 Superjoin is not appearing under the Extensions in Google Sheets

Solution

Refresh Your Google Sheet

After installing Superjoin, please refresh the Google Sheet you’re working on.

Check after a 15-second wait

Pause for about 15 seconds, then navigate to the “Extensions” menu. “Superjoin” should be listed there.

Verify the Google Account

Ensure you’re logged into the Google account you used to install Superjoin. Sometimes, being logged into multiple accounts can cause visibility issues.

#2 Superjoin keeps loading but doesn't launch.

This issue often arises with Google Workspace when users have multiple Google accounts. If Superjoin is installed on a non-default account, it may not launch properly.

Solution

Install on Default Account

For a seamless experience, consider installing Superjoin on the default Google account associated with your browser.

Use a Dedicated Chrome Profile (For Chrome Users)

Create a new Chrome profile dedicated solely to a single Google account. This ensures no account conflicts when launching Superjoin.

Incognito Mode as a Workaround

As a temporary solution, launch an incognito window in your browser and access Superjoin. This mode ensures no account conflicts for that session

#3 Unable to launch Superjoin by clicking Use under the Document Add-Ons in Google Sheets.

Solution

Refresh Your Google Sheet

After installing Superjoin, please refresh the Google Sheet you’re working on.

#4 Seeing a non-default Google account error

#5 Schedules are failing frequently with the error `Google Sheet is not in sync`.

This issue results in your import schedules to fail inconsistently and impacts the liveliness of your sheets. Here’s how to fix this:

Launch Superjoin and click on `Help` icon on the top right

From the help menu on the top right section, select “Re-authorize with Google”.

If you have already authenticated earlier, you will not see this in the Help menu.

Authenticate Superjoin

Continue with the sign in process. We will be taking couple of Google Account permissions in order to write to your Google Sheets without interruptions.
